With over two decades of experience in the Department of Defense, including a distinguished 12-year tenure in the U.S. Army achieving the rank of Chief Warrant Officer II, Aaron’s expertise is unmatched. His journey from an honorable service in the Army to impactful roles in the Joint Communications Unit, and subsequently, as a Customer Solutions Architect at Cisco Systems, reflects a career dedicated to innovation and leadership in defense technologies.

At Cisco, Aaron was the technical leader for a team of over 50 individuals, steering the operation to achieve annual sales exceeding one billion dollars. His role was pivotal in advising Department of Defense organizations on architectural design and cybersecurity, earning him recognition as a trusted consultant among senior defense leaders. His innovative contributions were acknowledged by Cisco with an award to Chairman’s Club and by the U.S. Patent Office with an award of a patent for MACsec Key Exchange Attribute Reflection for Transparent Provider Backbone Bridge Forwarding Over Public Ethernet Provider Backbones.

Aaron’s military and professional accolades include two Bronze Star Medals and the AFCEA Spring Leadership Award 2011, underscoring his leadership and excellence in the field. His commitment to continuous learning is evident in his acquisition of premier certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, multiple CCIEs, and membership in the exclusive Cisco Devnet 500.

Chad is an IT professional with extensive experience in the Department of Defense, including 13 years of service in the US Army. Specializing in communication networks, he excels in selling, managing, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting. Chad is known for his expertise in testing, validation, field service, and support of tactical systems. He is committed to delivering exceptional customer service based on technical knowledge, efficient processes, and timely delivery.

In 2022, Chad co-founded C2 Defense with Chris Boker and serves as the Director of Operations in Savannah, GA. He is skilled in developing and maintaining customer relationships, making strategic decisions, and collaborating with Sales to drive business growth.

Previously, Chad held roles as a Program Manager for the Army Account at DTECH, a Systems Engineer/Principal Sales Army Account at CUBIC, and a Field Service Engineer at NETORIAN, LLC directly supporting PEO-C3T. He also worked in various Field Network Analyst positions at General Dynamics Mission Systems.

A proud US Army veteran, Chad has received numerous accolades, including two Bronze Stars, a Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and a Meritorious Service Medal. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Recognized with prestigious awards such as the CEO Award at Cubic Corporation, Christopher’s commitment to excellence positions him as a driving force for business growth and innovation in the defense sector for C2 Defense.

Greg joined C2 Defense in July 2022, following his distinguished 30-year career in the U.S. Army. He is a passionate leader known for his exceptional track record in guiding multi-billion-dollar organizations.

Greg has earned recognition as a visionary executive, adept at driving positive organizational change and elevating performance. His tenure in the Army saw him hold diverse leadership roles in Armor Cavalry, intelligence, and acquisition units, ranging from Platoon leader to COL Program Manager. Throughout his military service, Greg demonstrated strategic leadership in challenging environments, with deployments to Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

In his current capacity as Managing Director at C2 Defense, Greg focuses on client relations and business strategy. His acumen and commitment to excellence continue to help drive the company’s success, cementing his reputation as a trusted leader in the defense industry.
